Key responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints using effective resolution strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive customer satisfaction and exceed expectations
  • Assist customers in measuring and ordering wedding attire on time
  • Process post-sale add-ons, such as veils and accessories
  • Collaborate with couriers for returns and exchanges
  • Process orders and send confirmations
