Seeking a skilled physiotherapy professional to deliver high-quality, patient-centred services. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
- Assess, plan, and implement treatment programs aimed at restoring physical function and preventing further injury.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Educate patients, families, and carers on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and health promotion.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
- Holds a degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrates experience in delivering physiotherapy services across various clinical settings.
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Is committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
- Values collaboration and actively contributes to a positive team culture.
