Job Title: Store Leader
As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for guiding the Greensborough team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate your team to meet and exceed store targets
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training
- Manage retail operations, including stock control, staff scheduling, and tracking sales team performance
- Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of strong achievements within a KPI structure
- Excellent problem-solving ability and relationship-building skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
