Venue Manager Position

This is a hands-on role supporting the venue manager in overseeing daily operations, gaming, compliance and customer service.
Responsibilities include running day-to-day shift operations of the venue with a focus on bar, dining and gaming, leading, motivating and developing the team to deliver great customer experiences, handling guest feedback quickly and professionally, contributing to revenue generation and cost management, and ensuring compliance with all OLGR liquor and gaming regulations and venue policies.
To be successful in this role you'll need:
- Current RMLV, RSA, RSG and Approved Managers Licence
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role including gaming
- Strong customer service experience and a love of hospitality
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holiday periods
