About the Job

This is an entry-level position that combines sales and business development with a passion for beauty. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, making product recommendations and providing expert advice. Your role will also involve merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed consultations to match customers with their perfect products
  • Share product knowledge to help customers achieve their beauty goals, creating personalized shopping experiences based on each client's unique needs
  • Build lasting relationships through expert advice and genuine care
  • Drive sales through authentic passion for beauty and product expertise
  • Support the salon team as required to deliver outstanding customer service

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes hair and beauty, with a passion for learning and sharing that knowledge. Previous retail or beauty industry experience is not essential, but your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn are what matter most. You must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
