About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Learning and Development Advisor, where you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and producing high-quality training content for Flight Training across various learning environments. You'll work closely with stakeholders to create engaging and effective training programs that reflect industry best practices and promote a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training strategies that meet business objectives and align with industry standards
  • Design and deliver training content that is engaging, interactive, and relevant to the needs of our learners
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and meets regulatory requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end development process to ensure training content is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
What We're Looking For
  • At least 2 years' experience in a Learning and Development/Program Management role within Aviation or a related discipline
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or above
  • Prior experience in Adult Education is desirable
  • Advanced level of strategic and lateral problem-solving skills
  • High level of self-motivation
  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Broad experience in the design and development of training courses
  • Project management skills and understanding of project management methodology
  • Knowledge of change management and risk management processes
