About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Diploma Trainee to join our team at G8 Education Ltd. As a Diploma Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing quality education and care to children while pursuing your Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a team to provide quality education and care to children
  • Support children in their development and learning through nurturing relationships and positive interactions
  • Observe and document children's learning and development
  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of the room
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • The willingness and motivation to study towards a Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
  • A current Working with Children Check or the ability to gain one
  • Dedication to developing children and fostering their potential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and energetic
