Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a Support Worker to join our Open Minds Team in Burpengary. As a vital member of our team, you will be assisting our clients with complex needs, delivering exceptional care and innovative strategies to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with mental health challenges, personal care, household duties, and medication management
• Provide companionship and build meaningful, caring relationships

Requirements:

• A current Open Driver's License
• 1 Year experience with disabilities and mental health support services

$65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience
