Motion is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our Internal Sales team as a Sales and Service Professional. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Make technical sales and provide product support, leveraging your knowledge of bearings, power transmission, and fluid power fittings.
  • Provide customer service through counter sales and phone interactions, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Attend to general and sales enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist with pick packing orders, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.

Requirements:

  • Good customer service skills, demonstrated through proven work history.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy at an intermediate level.

  • Willingness to work as part of a team, contributing to business targets.
  • Mechanical aptitude with bearing and power transmission knowledge.
