Insurance Professional Role

We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our team in a full-time, in-office position in Brisbane. As an Insurance Professional, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a diverse portfolio of SME and commercial clients.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and expand a diverse portfolio of SME and commercial clients
  • Provide tailored insurance solutions and risk management advice
  • Collaborate with underwriters to secure competitive terms and finalise policies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals
  • Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues
  • Stay informed on industry trends and compliance requirements

About You:

  • 5+ years' experience in general insurance, ideally in broking or account management
  • Strong technical knowledge of insurance products and risk management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in managing and growing client portfolios
  • Tier 1 or Tier 2 insurance broking qualifications (Tier 2 acceptable if willing to upgrade)
  • Organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities
