Junior Applications Analyst Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Applications Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Enterprise Applications team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and supporting business-critical applications that cater to students and staff.

The Job Overview

As a Junior Applications Analyst, you will work closely with colleagues across Information Technology Services (ITS), engage with stakeholders and application subject matter experts, and collaborate with application vendors and support teams to ensure optimal service delivery.

The successful candidate will possess knowledge of ITSM governance mechanisms, including ITIL v 4.0, as well as experience with 3-tier application architecture and single sign-on technologies.

The ideal candidate will have:
