Visual Merchandising Area Manager

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Visual Merchandising Area Manager. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, visual merchandising expertise, and the ability to drive business results.

About the Role:

This position involves partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance customer experience. You will be responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of product collections, briefs, and brand strategies to ensure alignment across stores. Additionally, you will work closely with store managers to prioritize store visits based on VM needs and strategic focus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that meet business objectives
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product collections, briefs, and brand strategies
  • Partner with store managers to prioritize store visits and implement VM plans
  • Coach and develop store teams to improve visual merchandising execution
  • Monitor and track VM execution status to ensure timely, accurate, and safe completion
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and applying it to VM strategies
  • Previous experience coaching and developing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
