We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience in a fast-paced working environment.

As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in contributing to the long-term success of the organization by facilitating the end-to-end procurement process for various transactions at different lifecycle stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire procurement cycle, from sourcing to contract award and closure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities.
  • Implement and monitor procurement systems and practices to ensure compliance and probity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

The successful applicant will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience that demonstrates a strong understanding and capability in procurement.
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
