## About the Role
As a Geriatrician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals. You will work closely with the Geriatrician Service, which includes a Nurse Practitioner, to deliver collaborative care to patients.
## Key Responsibilities
* Provide specialist geriatric care to patients across various age groups
* Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
* Collaborate with the Geriatrician Service and Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care
* Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of patients
## Requirements
* FRACP in Geriatric Medicine or substantially comparable
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
