We pride ourselves in delivering exceptional guest experiences through a curated range of treatments and services, including relaxation massage, spa treatments, and balancing therapies inspired by global traditions.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide luxurious packages and services to our guests, including relaxation massage, spa treatments, and balancing therapies

  • Maintain high standards across all spa areas, performing booked treatments for our guests while providing quality customer service

  • Assist in smooth operations of the spa, setting up, maintaining, and packing down therapy rooms in accordance with PHS procedures

  • Be knowledgeable in PHS services and retail products for our guests

  • Collaborate with Lead Therapists and Spa Manager's as required

  • Participate in ongoing training and meetings

  • Use initiative to recommend process improvements where needed

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:

  • Diploma qualified in Beauty Therapy, Remedial Massage, or Cert 4 in Massage

  • Availability:

  • Available Fridays and Saturdays

  • Skill Set:

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities

  • High level of professionalism, customer service, and confidence in delivering relaxation massage

  • Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Day Spa or Resort Spa preferred
