Be Part of Our Fast-Paced Reservation Team

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Reservations Agent to join our team. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage guest bookings and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes
  • Provide expert knowledge of hotel amenities and services

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a revenue or reservations role with exposure to analysis
  • Fantastic telephone technique
  • Strong understanding of hotel distribution systems including PMS (Opera), Channel Managers, Booking Engines
  • Ability to effectively use revenue management principles and tools, price trackers and Channel Managers
  • Strong interpersonal skills, working directly with leadership teams
  • Active team player, high level of collaboration across the team
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced business environment
