We are seeking a highly motivated Telemarketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Veritas Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with clients in the US, building meaningful connections, and nurturing customer relationships.

• Engage with potential clients using our in-house database to identify new business opportunities.
• Track call statistics and analyze data to optimize sales outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales goals while maintaining high service standards and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure efficient management of all referrals and maximize sales potential.
• Establish rapport and trust with prospective customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales support, or customer service in an office environment.
• Self-motivation, confidence, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
• Discretion and professionalism in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines and daily KPIs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and colleagues.
