Hydrologist Leader

As a key member of our fast-growing water team, you will take on leadership roles in shaping high-profile water projects, while contributing to the development of internal capability.

  • Lead hydrology and water resource projects for a diverse client base.
  • Develop and deliver technical input into environmental approvals and strategy.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, building internal expertise.
  • Contribute to business development through proposals, bids, and client engagement.

Key skills include:

  • Strong technical skills in hydrologic/hydraulic modelling and GIS tools.
  • Proven project management and client relationship-building skills.
  • Experience preparing high-quality technical reports and proposals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Hydrology, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources, or a related discipline.
  • At least 9-12 years' experience in hydrology and water resource management.
