Role Overview

Prouds Jewellers is seeking a skilled Sales Assistant to join our team during the holiday season. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling quality jewellery and watches, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer professional and personalised service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Complete in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and a sound understanding of our policies and procedures.
  • Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.

Requirements

  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced retail environment, both on your own and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented and love selling.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to help with replenishing and merchandising stock.
  • Ability to work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours, and public holidays.
