Valuation Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Valuation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our valuation department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality valuations in accordance with industry standards.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to conduct property valuations in accordance with industry best practices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • You will provide local market insights and risks to support our property intelligence capability within a designated area of responsibility.
  • In this role, you will work as part of a results-driven team producing high-quality prestige valuations, reports, and presentations.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in property knowledge by presenting and providing insights to key stakeholders, collaborating with a national team on property-related projects, and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.

Requirements
  • Certified Practicing Valuer accreditation and significant experience in the current market
  • A passion for property and actively sharing local property knowledge
  • Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills
  • Demonstrated positivity and ability to work in a team dynamic
  • Capability and mindset to use a market leading valuation platform with continued innovation progressing every day
  • Experience of 7-10 years as a Valuer and ideally 3-5 years in the prestige segment
  • A valid driver's license
