Security Officer Role

As a Security Officer, you play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment across a busy healthcare setting. This involves delivering professional security services through effective conflict resolution and adherence to established protocols.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, ensuring seamless communication and coordination to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere. Strong commitment to supporting the community through effective security work is essential for this role.

About the Job Description

This position requires a strong understanding of conflict resolution techniques and customer service principles. You will be responsible for upholding strict security protocols and maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in challenging situations
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment through effective conflict resolution and adherence to security protocols
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential qualifications include holding a current and valid 1A Security Licence, First Aid certificate, and NSW Driver's Licence. Experience in conflict resolution and customer service is also required.
