We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Associate Financial Adviser in Perth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to financial advisers and partners, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Arrange and coordinate essential documentation for client meetings, guaranteeing timely completion.
  • Oversee the preparation of annual reviews and new business plans, driving strategic growth.
  • Manage workflow to deliver exceptional results that meet client needs, fostering strong relationships.
  • Act as liaison between financial advisers within the team, facilitating effective communication.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Providing expert investment advice to clients, addressing their unique needs and goals.
  • Overseeing the implementation of advice recommendations, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements, upholding industry standards.
Requirements
  • Hold a FASEA-approved degree or have completed a FASEA-approved pathway.
  • Possess a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in paraplanning or related financial services experience.
  • Experience with Xplan is highly desirable.
  • Have a solid working knowledge of investments and advice strategies.
