Effective Project Management is crucial in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.

As a seasoned professional, you will take ownership of project planning and execution, ensuring the smooth coordination of stakeholders and delivery of high-quality business outcomes.

This role requires strong project management experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in client delivery environments.

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors implementation
  • Lead project planning, status reporting, risk management, and governance
  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee testing, change management, and cutover planning
  • Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and client business objectives

Required Skills:

  • Strong project management experience in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication skills
  • Experience working within client delivery environments
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA landscapes a plus
