MGM Bulk is a thriving haulage business seeking an experienced Operations Superintendent to lead our heavy haulage operations and transport fleet.

We are looking for a candidate with a sound understanding of laws and regulations relating to the operation of heavy vehicles, transportation, driver fatigue, chain of responsibility, and vehicle weights.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in the operation functions of the branch, providing supervision and leadership to the team, and ensuring the effective scheduling of the fleet.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Advanced risk mitigation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using MS Office Suite
  • Ability to lead a team to achieve goals and KPIs
