- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide empathetic support.
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices and procedures.
- Effective communication skills for clear and respectful interactions.
- Basic technical skills and competency.
- Ability to work compassionately and independently.
- Experience in disability support or mental health care is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications or training in disability care or a related field are highly valued.
