Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team in Mackay, QLD. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on our client's equipment, including changing-out screen panels, inspecting equipment, and testing and analyzing the proficiency of vibrating equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks on client equipment, including changing-out screen panels, inspecting equipment, and testing and analyzing the proficiency of vibrating equipment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a mechanical workshop or related field.
  • Strong commitment to safety and customer service orientation.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Ability and willingness to travel and stay overnight at short notice.
