Key Responsibilities:

- Manage scheduling and wage budgets to ensure operational efficiency and minimize costs.
- Build genuine customer relationships by delivering superior service and educating customers about the brand's products.
- Execute effective merchandising to maintain an attractive, product-focused display that showcases the brand's fashion range.

- Proven leadership experience in retail with a passion for driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
