As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for blending and batching raw materials, ensuring high-quality products are produced while adhering to strict safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Blend and batch raw materials to meet production targets
  • Weigh and measure raw materials accurately
  • Verify raw materials to ensure correct quantities have been received
  • Follow batch records and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance
  • Conduct quality control checks on in-process and finished goods
  • Monitor encapsulation equipment and machinery, reporting any abnormalities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the food and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries
  • Proven track record in a blending and batching role
  • Strong understanding of WHS policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
