We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team at our Albany Home on a Permanent Part-time basis.
About Your Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work at the frontline, assisting our residents with their daily needs and supporting positive outcomes. You will be responsible for ensuring our residents' well-being and delivery of care to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures
- Administer medication safely
- Maintain clinical documentation
- Adhere to national standards and legal requirements
- Engage with residents on a daily basis
What You Will Bring
- A minimum of 12 months nursing experience in an Aged Care environment in Australia
- A genuine interest in caring for the elderly and a desire to improve their lives
- Excellent communication skills to engage with residents and lead and supervise our team
- Knowledge of computerized nursing care plans
- Knowledge and understanding of ACFI documentation
- Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts across the week
