Christmas Experience Team Leader Role

Join us as a Christmas Experience Team Leader to inspire, support and lead your team of Elves in creating magical moments for all visitors.

We are looking for experienced leaders to drive performance at our sites across Australia and New Zealand. As Chief Elf in Santa's photo studio you will be the calm through the dynamic festive season, keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring the magic never fades.

The role involves leading and motivating your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences, managing daily operations, rosters and workflow, welcoming families and keeping the atmosphere joyful and merry, and overseeing POS operations with care and attention to detail.

About the Job
  • Manage a team of Elves to create magical moments for all visitors
  • Lead from the front, showing your team how it's done with warmth, professionalism and a dash of festive flair
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality, the ultimate keepsake and memory of their Christmas experience
