Chapter Lead

The Defence Digital Group (DDG) is seeking an experienced Chapter Lead to join our team. As a Chapter Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Chapter Members who will be embedded in project teams but report to you as their line manager. Your primary focus will be on guiding Chapter Members' professional development, aligning how they work, and building credibility with senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Chapter Members and provide guidance on their professional development
• Align the work of Chapter Members with the goals of the Defence Digital Group
• Build credibility with senior leaders and promote new ways of working
• Manage finances for large programs and projects

Requirements:

• Proven track record of leading costing activities for business cases and large projects in complex organisations
• Ability to manage finances for large programs and/or projects
• Deep experience as a work place coach and developing individuals and teams to grow professional and technical skills
• Ability to drive outcomes and execute on complex delivery initiatives
• Advanced communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
