Assembly Operations Supervisor

This role combines administrative tasks with hands-on involvement in assembly operations.

You will:

  • Supervise and lead production workers and team leaders during the relevant shift to ensure all objectives are met.
  • Coordinate daily work schedules and production activities.
  • Liaise with commercial customers to ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
  • Manage scheduling of Daily production, identify backlogs and bottlenecks, and resolve them.
  • Compile and deliver information to the Site Manager and ensure reports are accurate and relevant for contractual reporting.

Ensure that production is completed on time and to a high standard.

Look for a dedicated individual who has experience in scheduling production to meet deadlines and leading a team to achieve set outcomes and desired behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead a team of production workers and team leaders to achieve set objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective production schedules to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
