The Role

You'll collaborate with a cross-functional team to design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Apache Kafka and Node.js in a regulated environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume, low-latency environments and can translate business requirements into robust, production-ready services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and build scalable microservices in Node.js for financial platforms.
  • Design and implement high-throughput, fault-tolerant Kafka event streaming pipelines.
  • Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and business analysts to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability in a complex financial environment.
  • Ensure best practices in security, testing, and CI/CD are upheld.
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of Apache Kafka (design, administration, optimization, and stream processing).
  • Proven experience building scalable microservices with Node.js.
  • Strong background in event-driven architecture and real-time systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
