
Customer Service Administration Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic administration professional to provide front-line services and support the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and clients, responding to enquiries, updating demographics, opening service requests, and booking appointments via our CHIME system.
In addition to providing exceptional customer service, this role will also support the LMNC Central Contact Point for Release of Information, contributing to the efficient delivery of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide front-line services and respond to patient and client enquiries
- Update demographic information and open service requests
