Job Title: Data Entry/Admin Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk/ Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our system, performing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entering data into our system with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Performing administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scanning documents, and photocopying
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Assisting with daily operations and special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in data entry or administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
