Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to work as Pool Attendants at the Blacktown Aquatic Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality pool supervision and centre cleanliness.

The successful applicant will provide exceptional customer service, promote a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors, and contribute to the overall success of our aquatic facilities.

About the Role
  • Provide pool supervision at the Blacktown Aquatic Centre
  • Maintain high-quality pool cleaning and maintenance standards
  • Assist with setting up equipment for program delivery
Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • A current First Aid Certificate
  • Relevant experience working in a similar environment
  • A Class "C" driver's licence
  • A current Working with Children Check
Remuneration

This casual position offers a competitive hourly rate of $29.27 plus 25% casual loading, penalty rates apply for weekend shifts. You will also receive employee benefits such as leave entitlements, superannuation contributions, Fitness Passport, gym membership discounts, and social clubs.
