We are seeking analytical minds from a range of disciplines to join our growing Sustainability Team. If you share an enthusiasm for the climate and the environment, we'd like to speak with you.

As a Sustainability Consultant, you will work at the exciting interface identifying climate, waste and natural capital related problems and innovating new ways of business thinking to solve them. This includes understanding the environment's impact on our clients, or our client's impact on the environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting climate risk assessments for energy, water, aviation, infrastructure and government clients.
  • Evaluating organisational emissions across scope 1, 2 and 3 and working with clients to innovate and ideate solutions leading to net-zero emissions.
  • Helping clients discover opportunities in nature-based solutions enhancing their local biodiversity and retaining valuable environmental resources.
  • Working with the broader sustainability community providing integrated solutions across a range of projects and regions (domestically and internationally).

Achieving success in this role requires excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of environmental principles, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

In addition to your technical skills, you will have exceptional interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, and demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence.
