About the Role

We are looking for labourers to join our client in Hobart. The successful candidates will work solely on shift, enjoying a 4 on 4 off rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays.

The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working as part of a team. They must also be able to commit to shift work, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Requirements
  • A valid Police Check
  • A reliable means of transport to and from work
  • The ability to work unsupervised and within a team
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Physical capability for demanding labouring roles
  • Prior general labouring experience is an advantage
