Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on our e-bikes, adhering to our high standards for safety and performance.
  • Diagnose and repair issues efficiently, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry experience, preferably in cycling, food delivery, or mobility.
  • Familiarity with e-bikes and their electrical components, including lithium-ion batteries.
  • Comfort with tools and software, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A passion for bikes or cycling, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
