About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). As a Nurse Specialist in this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care to patients in the NICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement within the unit
About Your Background
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 12 months of experience in a NICU setting and hold current AHPRA registration. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
