Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Service Operations Manager to lead our field service team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely, cost-effective execution of local field service operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electronic systems, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience managing diverse stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance and cost efficiency across field service operations
  • Ensure compliance with repair protocols and service processes
  • Oversight of technician scheduling to meet service level expectations
  • Escalation of recurring product issues to International Technical Support
  • Delivery of technical training and field audits for certification and protocol adherence
  • Addressing safety concerns directly or escalating appropriately
  • Resolution of customer complaints by collaborating across departments
  • Management of support requests via internal systems
  • Monitoring and improvement of KPIs such as FTFR or TTS
  • Fostering team development, engagement, and performance

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about wellness and healthiness, proactive and customer-focused. The successful candidate will bring:

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar technical leadership role
  • A strong background in mechanical and electronic systems
  • Solid understanding of network and ICT protocols
  • Proven experience with problem-solving methodologies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders
