Our school is seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Year 2 students, fostering quality relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, and driving excellence in teaching and learning practices.

• Support the Catholic ethos by embodying the principles of compassion, empathy, and inclusivity.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote academic achievement.
• Cultivate strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Collect, analyze, and apply student data to inform instruction and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in collaborative planning and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.

1. The successful applicant must demonstrate a deep understanding of the Five Teacher Practices: Quality relationships, Learning design, Instructional range, Engagement, and Place, space and technology.
2. They must have an ability to collect, analyze, and engage with student data to inform teaching and learning.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building and maintaining effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
4. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the capability to work cooperatively and collaboratively, as well as a willingness to participate in reflective practice.
5. Applicants must hold appropriate early childhood teaching qualifications, with knowledge of NQS, EYLF, and play-based education.

1. Hold relevant ECE qualifications.
2. Have or be willing to obtain necessary Accreditation requirements.
3. Possess a current Working with Children Card.
4. Hold a current TRBWA registration.
