Optical Support Position

We're looking for a casual Optical Support to join our team in Bundaberg. As a key member of our optometry practice, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to work flexibly across weekdays and Saturdays. Previous experience in Optics is an advantage, but not essential. We're committed to ongoing training and development, so we can help you grow your skills and advance your career.

About the Role:

  • Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
  • Assist patients with frame selection and styling
  • Support administrative duties, including booking appointments and handling payments
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
  • Previous experience in Optics or a related field (advantageous)
