Position Overview:
We are in search of dedicated and skilled Rostering Implementation Consultants to enhance our Rostering Project team. This role involves a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes in the implementation of our innovative staff rostering software system (UKG Pro WFM) across various Residential Aged Care Homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate training sessions for staff to ensure effective use of the new rostering system.
- Develop a deep understanding of the rostering software to provide ongoing support.
- Assist in managing the transition process at each Aged Care Home to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, which is highly regarded.
- Proven experience in delivering training within an adult learning framework.
- Familiarity with rostering systems, particularly UKG Pro WFM, is advantageous.
- Experience in change management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- A customer-centric mindset coupled with strong time management skills.
- The capability to quickly establish rapport and build relationships.
- Independence in work while also being a collaborative team player.
- A valid Driver's License and readiness for travel across multiple regions.
- Experience in scheduling staff for shift-based roles is desirable.
