Job Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance works on manufacturing equipment, including High Pressure Processing systems and intensifier pumps.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure efficient and safe equipment operation.
- Develop and review the maintenance programme to meet Occupational Health & Safety and food safety requirements, ensuring plant asset reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with production staff to minimise downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Follow preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Hands-on experience with High Pressure Processing systems and intensifier pumps is essential.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma is beneficial.
