Job Title

The Managing Producer role is a key opportunity for an experienced creative to join our in-house podcasts team in Sydney.

Reporting to the Network Director, you will oversee the production of multiple shows, manage a team of podcast producers and work on the development of new original content.

  • A creative audio content specialist with exceptional people management skills, able to work across multiple podcast projects and timelines.
  • Experience working with talent, managing and mentoring podcast producers, coming up with creative ideas and seeing projects through from ideation to launch.
  • Strong work ethic, desire for constant improvement and ability to lead a team in a motivating and inspiring way.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing high-quality audio content.
  • Leading a team of producers in a motivating and inspiring way.
  • Developing compelling ideas for editorial and commercial content.
  • Working closely with talent and managers to deliver successful projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years experience working in audio and content, as well as experience managing creative teams.
  • Strong mentoring skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Excellent creative, content and ideation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects including budgets and timelines with multiple stakeholders involved.
