Central to your role will be delivering workplace rehabilitation services that empower individuals to engage in meaningful occupations through a client-centred approach, promoting optimal health and wellbeing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing injured workers to determine the best path for their recovery and return to work.
  • Visiting workplaces to understand the challenges faced by injured workers and educating employers on preventing workplace injuries.
  • Providing clinical opinions and justifications through report writing.
  • Liaising with treating doctors and health professionals to support injured workers in their recovery and return to work.

You'll also be responsible for delivering other services, including:

  • Pre-Employment Assessments, including drug & alcohol, audiology, spirometry, vision, and functional testing.
  • Job Dictionaries.
  • Manual Task Risk Assessments.
  • Interactive Manual Handling Training and Stretching and Warm Up programs.
  • Workplace-based, home-based and vehicle-based ergonomic assessments.
