About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our development squad, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that drive business success.

As a Software Development Expert, you will be responsible for leading the full software development life cycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment. You will work on various projects, leveraging your technical skills and problem-solving abilities to deliver results that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing high-quality software applications and systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and frameworks
  • Leading the development process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
  • Identifying and resolving software issues and bugs in a timely manner
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Undertaking unit testing and other system testing as needed

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, preferably in a consulting or agency environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technology and related software programming languages
  • Experience with various software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
