**Job Title:** Physiotherapist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Allied Health team at a state-of-the-art exercise, rehabilitation and medical facility. The successful candidate will provide assessments, develop care plans, and deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering of high quality physiotherapy services to our residents
  • Maintaining an effective falls prevention/management program within the home
  • Communicating effectively with the care team to enhance the wellbeing of residents
  • Contributing to quality improvements in allied health and the residential service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an AHPRA registered Physiotherapist with at least 3 years experience. You will also need a strong commitment to person centred care and able to work both independently and within a team.
