The successful candidate will have the following key accountabilities:
- Develop and implement ER strategies and policies aligned with ANZ's business goals.
- Provide high-level strategic and technical support to Group projects and BAU activities.
- Exercise discretion to determine when external legal services are required in litigation matters.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including other banks and legal service providers.
